Hi I'm Lorna, and I'd love to welcome you to my Pilates classes. I started teaching Pilates around 17 years ago after knee and back surgery, and it has transformed my life!

My friendly classes are designed to improve flexibility and balance, whilst increasing core strength, helping with back pain and joint issues in a fun environment that helps mental as well as physical health.
